Order Processing

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Limited releases or high-volume drops

  • Pre-order periods

  • Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

Shipping Locations

Celestine currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Celestine does not guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Celestine is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Celestine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 


 

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

Orders that include pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are available.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are provided for reference only and may change.

All pre-orders are final sale.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
