At Celestine, all sales are final. Each piece is produced with care, intention, and limited availability. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.


 

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with fit or style

  • Delayed delivery caused by the carrier

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 


 

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception applies if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

Shipping Responsibility

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
